Major Offenses
Rules that give you an automatic ban:
-Stealing, this site is not some sort of give art away for free place. Don't come and steal stuff from this site, because if I see you take someones art on here and post it on another site I will ban you.
- Insulting, If you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all.
- Trolling, upsetting members for your comedic purposes.
- Imitating administrators or Staff member.
- Spamming, do not spam
or type in random letters, just converse.
- Flaming, bashing, insulting other members.
- Thieving, from now on you must post credit for everything you edit.Don't post unless it was made 100% or editted by you, If you post something you like or you just want to share with others, then make sure you have permission from that person or at least give credit.
- Asking to be promoted to an administrator. Just wait until tryouts are open.
- False reporting, do not report a member unless they broke a rule.
- Do not disrespect anyone for their beliefs or sexual orientation.
- Ignoring request, example: "Stop giving me critique!", "No" - leet(1337 or "elite") speech such as, "y0 l337 [_]p 1n t3h h0[_]s3"
- Pornography may not be submitted here, along with vulgar and disgusting images.

Minor Offenses - You may only post things you made/editted. No more posting pictures you like. Its just a cheat way to get Featured.
- You may advertise on here but it must be on the forum here: http://novally.ning.com/forum/categories/advertisement-section/listForCategory but read the rules first at here: Advertisement Rules
- Ranting, rants are allowed but a rant about a member or the site is just asking for trouble.
- Off site disputes, We will not ban anyone for anything they did off site, unless it involves stolen artwork.
- If you break a minor rule we will give you from 24 hours to undo or fix what ever you have done.
- Posting in the wrong section, sorry its real annoying when people post in the wrong section and can cause confusion. So I will fix the problem but do not do it again, our categories are very simple.
- Admins may not "abuse power" report if an admin or chat moderator is abusing power.
